I’m scared of Chinese people and culture, but love Chinese food, what do I do…?

Like I said, I love Chinese food, but am terrified of Chinese people and culture. If I go into a Chinese restaurant, I have panic attacks. If I order Chinese food, I’ll panic when I see them and pretend like I’m not there. Sometimes I’ll leave my money under the mat and tell them to leave it. And I hate the frozen Chinese food!! I feel like an idiot. Does anyone have something similar to this? (ex. phobia of Russians)

Get a butler to answer the door.

Or don’t order Chinese food.

Or, just a thought, go to therapy.
